For me nothing really beats catching that light, the composition and above all that moment that turns an ordinary photograph into one that really sings. It could be a glance, a laugh, a special family member or friend, but whatever it is the picture now tells a story. I like the idea that a photograph I take could be cherished for a lifetime and sometimes more.

I love Weddings! The the sense of occasion, the anticipation, everyone is in high spirits and happy to have their picture taken. Everyone and everything is looking their best.

I photographed my first wedding back in 2005, when still in the army, an order from my then Commanding officer ! Over 400 weddings later I still find them enthralling, testing, fun, and rewarding.

I take each one incredibly personally. I enjoy meeting the B&G their families and friends. Nothing gives me more pleasure than giving them a really great set of wedding photographs when its all over.
